  My husband and I have just leased our new home from Attree Real Estate, Southern River and have to say that this Agency has been a pleasure to deal with. Within 48 hours of contacting them for assistance we found our new home.They communicated with us every step of the way and GUESS WHAT they call you back when they say they will !!!. We would not use any other agency and highly recommend them. The service we have received from Annie Hicks, Leasing Manager and Anita Hamilton, Property Manager has been fantastic.   One star is being generous. I've been the ideal tenant for 18months. Bills always paid, rent always on time, etc. When I had to break the lease (only 6 weeks before the tenancy contract was up, mind you), I didn't think it would mean I'd consequently be treated like trash. Refusal to send the bond money back to me due to 2 minor faults at the property. One of these faults is outside and I doubt highly to any fault of my own. The other I accept, but they are trying to get a whole relay of the carpet for one very minor mark on the carpet! I've been told I'm not allowed to get my own quotations about the costs these will involve because I 'disputed' the faults. I know this is completely against any by-laws that are in place in WA. I've had to deal with Beau, because Anita is away. He has treated me with contempt and discontent, even though I've never previously dealt with him or even relatively know him. I could go into the fact that one of their employees co-owns the property and how I've had to now deal with her idea of 'house returned as is', but then I'd be giving some sort of appreciation of her position, which I have no intention of doing. Apparently this company is purely in on final inspections being a money grabbing scheme, for a tenant who has never had complaint and who is in a single parent position this is disturbing. I obviously want to have as little removed from the bond as possible, but this isn't close to a consideration for these disgusting people. I've had several previous tenancies, all the bond has always been returned because of the excellent cleaning job I've returned it with. I was told there was only "a few minor issues" to fix and they were very impressed overall with the final condition which was almost impeccable. Then I get a list with 9+ items, all that would take hours to complete (such as painting a WHOLE wall, for one-two marks & dents, which I patched up but apparently left too 'patchy'). The house was brand new when I moved in and not built in a way of quality. Apparently it's now my duty to return the house to the state of brand new conditioning as per when I moved in. I don't think I have to point out how ridiculous and unrealistic this idea is. Please do yourself a favour, the house may be great but these people are horrible. Rent through somebody else.

  EDIT: they continued to cheat me out of my money, I have had three of their staff hang up on me because they don't want to deal with my frustration and also had the owner tell me they'd rather got to court with my over $69 then let me just pay $300 in fair compensation. Most disgusting service and attitude I've had to deal with thus far with a real estate company (and I've dealt with some horrific ones). Might I add, they are trying to push their ratings up and this comment down so they can escape the bad press HAHA- not on my watch, everybody should know what scam artists you are!!!

  Attree Real Estate has been managing my properties since July 2012. If I have been dissatisfied with their service throughout this period, I would have found another replacement by now. Instead, I have trusted Attree, especially Rosie Maynard who has been very professional and efficient in managing my 2 properties and she is also very prompt in any communications. There was a time when I had to renovate one property when the tenant left. When the renovation was finally completed, I had Rosie back again and soon after she found a new tenant for me. A very polite person, Rosie and her team at Attree are highly commended. Keep up the excellent work, Rosie.

  I have had Attree managing my property for approximately 12 months, during which I have primarily dealt with Rosie Maynard. She has been a wonderful and very professional Property Manager, always responsive to my emails and in following up any queries that I may have. After a negative experience with a previous agency, I was very pleased to find that Attree completed thorough reference checks on potential tenants and actively tried to find the best fit for my property. I would recommend Attree to anyone wanting a stress-free, professional property management team - thank you Rosie!! :)
